How I Relieve my Stress
To know how to relieve stress is really useful for me because I’m stressed the most of the time. I know several ways to reduce my stress, but I realize that I didn’t use them a lot. The best methods that I have already tried are reading, music, dancing and shopping. Reading helps me to relax and change my mind because I’m concentrated in the history instead of thinking about what’s stressing me. Music just helps me to calm down and sometimes makes me happy. Dancing is the strangest way that I discovered last year. When I dance I forget all my bad feelings because I express them with the movements. Also, dance exhausts me, so I can have a good sleep. The last way is shopping and it’s in a short run. Shopping helps me to think just about what I like, want and need. However, it’s a really bad method because I become broke. Finally, whatever the way that I use, the most important is to be less stressed for my well being.
